Hey! I am moving out and looking for something to take over the lease to enjoy a spacious bedroom in Flatbush.

The room is 12?x14?. Spacious closet. There are 3 windows in the room which face the street so plenty of sunlight!

The apt is shared with 3 professionals in their 30?s. One male who is a professor. One female who is an art administrator. The other gal is a personal trainer. Everyone is an adult, clean, polite and respectful to those who enjoy their privacy.

Large open kitchen. Big pantry/cabinet for storage. We just ask that everyone is respectful and cleans up after themselves once finished in the kitchen.

Spacious living room. Large closet with storage space. Another closet located in hallway for storage.

Shared bathroom with female roommate. We keep the bathroom clean and tidy and ask that it?s kept that way after use. Large shelf for all personal bathroom items.
