1 room available with use of office (doubles up as a guest room) and furnished common living space.

Our setup currently is that we are 3 roommates living in a 4 bedroom newly repurposed (we were the first tenants) duplex apartment (cheaper/spacious to take a 4 room apartment deal).

We have 2 floors in our apartment, you would have the room downstairs and in a way the bathroom downstairs would be your personal one. Me and another roommate live upstairs with a shared bathroom. We have a washer dryer and the kitchen is fully furnished.

I work as a resident physician, and my roommate works in tech. I?m pretty laid back about things and we communicate very well. We have a very free, respectful, and open environment in our apartment. Our downstairs roommate is moving out, and I?m looking for a like for like substitution.

The area is just off 18th street in Pilsen. It?s very vibrant (even in the winter). River North is 15 minutes, West Loop is 10 minutes, Illinois Medical District is 10 minutes and i90 is a minute away.

There?s restaurants, bars, parks at a walkable distance, and our neighbors are very relaxed as well (never had a noise complaint).

We have a great setup here and we?d like a compatible roommate. I?m good at making things work, as long as there?s respect, some level of professionalism, and communication.
