Private room for rent in Martinez!

Hello all. My husband and I are renting out a room in a three bedroom, two bathroom house. We are in our mid-twenties and are open to a roommate of any age--as long as you are responsible. I work full time, from 8:00 am to 5 pm M-F. My husband goes to school full time. We have a room mate who also works full time, 9am - 5pm every day. The house is located in Martinez right next to Highway 4. We are five minutes away from a Wal-mart and various restaurants. Easy access to Bart by hopping right on the freeway-- which is literally a one minute drive away from the house at most. The room we are renting is 10ftx10ft, with a large bay window (so lots of sun), and lots of closet space. Our street is very quiet. We have a dog, a cat, and a small tortoise. Lots of fruit trees in the backyard-- plum, apple, lemon, and pear.

We are asking $825. That includes utilities, wifi, use of in home washer/dryer, all access kitchen, bbq in the backyard + much more. We are looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June. If you have a pet, you are welcome with no additional charge. Just make sure to clean up after it :-) While we don't personally smoke--if you are a smoker (marijuana or tobacco); you are welcome-- as long as you clean up after yourself (i. e. no cigarette butts strewn all over the place).
