Cute Rent Stabilized Room Avail 7/1 or 7/15

Hello!

We are looking for a third to join us in our wonderful top floor Bedstuy apartment as our current roommate will be moving out on July 1st.

The Room: Mid sized, has space for a full size bed, a large 8 drawer Ikea dresser + office chair and desk. Small closet w. storage racks attached to closet door

The Apt: We live on the 4th floor of a walkup, one block away from the C train @ Kingston Throop. Laundry is below us and it's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom set up - you would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The common space is furnished, as is the kitchen, but the room you're renting will not be. (However if you're interested in something just let us know) We welcome any additions/replacements you may have for the kitchen and common area.

Us: She (28) and She (25) both work in marketing. We are friends, but are comfortable with whatever dynamic is comfortable for you. We also both have 10-6pm schedules. We keep the living space low key (i. e.: no Monday night ragers, so if that's your scene, please keep looking!).

You:
Regular work schedule, No pets, no drugs, no men, no cigarette smokers

Rental Details:
You would be replacing our current roommate on the lease, which ends May 31st 2020, Rent is $727 and utilities are around $75-$90 a month per person. (on the higher end of that range in the winter) Room is available July 1st. To move in, you will need first and security ($1147 total), a completed application (no fee), a present date copy of your credit report - credit score 680+, last year's tax return, 2 recent pay stubs, and a copy of photo ID (all of this can be sent directly to our landlord, whose contact info we will provide) Important to note that she is very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.
