Room To Rent Crown Heights $730/month

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting on July 1st. The lease runs until December 1st and it would be up to you if you want to resign or not. The room is $730 a month and with utilities and internet I usually pay around $780 total. A security deposit of $730 is required by property management as well as a $65 application fee. They're looking for proof of income and good credit.

The picture doesn't really do the bedroom justice (I'm also a bit messy getting ready to move haha). It is very spacious and could easily fit a full or queen sized bed and some furniture. Personal heater and personal safe come with the room. The whole apartment has hardwood floors and was newly renovated. The appliances are all new (dishwasher, stone, oven, refrigerator). The unit has central A/C.

With a two minute walk to the 3/4 trains, getting into Manhattan is very quick. Utica Ave is just a block away and has a lot of food options. Across the street from the apartment is a grocery store. A farmer's market is a block away. There are three delis all within a two minute walk and a laundromat is on same the corner as the apartment.

There are four bedrooms, but one roommate rarely, if ever, lives in his. A couple shares one room.
