Hello! I recently started a new job and have to move out of the area closer to work, so my room is going to be available starting April 1. Flexible on move-in date - you could move in first week of April, or middle of the month. I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease as a roommate to one other tenant in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Female roommates only. The lease ends September 22, 2019, and K will be moving out to Boston so you would have the option to either renew the lease and stay, or move at that time. This is a perfect option if you need a 6 month short-term lease, or if you are looking for a really great price on a 2 BR apartment to share with another roommate starting in the Fall.

Other roommate, K, has the Master Bedroom and en suite bath, so you would have the second bedroom and your own bathroom. K is in her mid twenties and works at a local university. We keep our space neat and clean, and are looking for a roommate who will appreciate a tidy home too. The bedroom, bathroom and living areas are large and spacious, and the bedroom has a huge double closet. The complex is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the CalTrain, nightlife, and coffee shops in downtown. There is a gorgeous pool, hot tub, gym and BBQ areas. It?s a beautiful, sunny complex and the management is awesome! They will even pick up your packages for you and hold them at the lobby if you can?t be home for delivery.

Utilities:
Water/garbage/electricity - is about $75 per month. I can send you exact numbers if you want. The water/garbage is billed with rent through the building and is about $42 and electricity is about $30. We also have Comcast WiFi, which is $20.99/month. (You can can opt out of WiFi, it?s up to you)
