LARGE Bedroom w/ Parking in 3BR/2BA

Hi there house hunters!

I have a room that will be available starting 4/15/19 in Outer Sunset (right by Ocean Beach and GG Park). The lease is up for renewal in August, so this can either be a sublet or turn into a lease in August. I can potentially sublet it starting 5/1/19 if that works easier for folks.

The room is roughly 12 x 12 and has a view of the backyard and ocean. It can fit a queen bed, a large desk, bookshelf & nightstand and has pretty decent closet space.

House Specs:

-2 other male roommates, one in his late 20s and one in his early 30s. Both work FT, M-F from ~9-5. One roommate is in the AV space and one is in non-profit tech. Looking for male or female roommate, but NO couples please
-Whoever takes over this room will share the big bathroom with one roommate and also gets my driveway parking spot
-Water/Garbage/PG&E average about $40-70/month and Internet is ~$20/month
-Deposit is $1000, paid to the tenant who is moving out. If/when you leave, the replacement tenant or landlord will provide you with the deposit back.
