The available bedroom is large with one very large closet. The bedroom is equipped with an AC unit. Utilities (hot water, heating, electricity) are included in the price of the room, so you can run the AC unit as often as you'd like, which is great in the summer.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is on the 6th floor in an elevator building and has recently refurnished throughout. It is a true two bedroom (Not a Flex!) The communal/dining/living space is very large by New York standards and has recently been upgraded with new furniture. The kitchen is a good size, has full size new appliances, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is large and modern, with a full size medicine cabinet as well as a linen closet adjacent to it. There is one other bedroom. The space itself is full of natural light throughout.

There is a full laundry room in the basement of the building. The building also has two elevators and there is a garbage shoot on each floor.

The apartment has AC throughout which is ideal for the hot summer months. We have Spectrum for cable/internet.
