About me:
30 y/o woman. I've been living in the city for 2 years, coming from Berkeley. I am working a regular 9-5 as a digital designer for GAP Inc HQ in FIDI. I am the homy type and mostly chill during the week and run errands on weekend, if I am not working on personal projects, going to meetups, the gym, or just enjoying the city. I am at home to relax and really enjoy a low-key atmosphere.

Looking for someone that is clean, respectful and conscientious of their living space, and passed the party phase. You'll need to have a steady job, able to pay rent/bills on time. The place stays pretty mellow so please don't bring the after party home, but friends and fam are always welcome to hang!

The lease is currently month-to-month but I am looking for someone that can commit to at least 6 months, but the longer the better
