Seeking Roommate For A 2Bd/2Bath

Seeking roommate to take over the remainder of the lease for current roommate moving out. I will be resigning the lease in July 2019. I would prefer a male roommate but am open to females as well. No couples, no kids, no hard drugs, and no pets. There is currently a 4lb 14y/o blind dog in the apartment. He is well behaved and very friendly. No other pets will be accepted. Seeking someone who is friendly, respectful, pay bills on time, does not work out of the home. W/D in unit. Utilities are not included in the rent. We would split water, electric, and WiFi. We can discuss getting cable if that?s important to you. The apartment is fully furnished with the exception of your bedroom which can fit up to a king size bed and dresser. I don?t mind over night guest, just nothing excessive (no more than 2 nights a week).
