Very nice, clean, big room with two big windows, a 32? tv with basic cable, window seat with ample storage space underneath and a closet. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, a night table and a chair. All utilities included, except AC in the summer.
Full bathroom to be shared with two females.
No kitchen, but there is a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker.
No smoking, no drugs, no overnight visitors.
