Description: seeking a flat mate to occupy second bedroom in two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on top floor.
About the building: it's 4 years old and I'm the first tenant in this apartment. Lots of natural light, top floor, central AC and heating, in unit washer and dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, furnished communal areas and friendly cat and neighbors. Modern fixtures, elevator and excellent street parking. Close to Ralph's, Ralph's gas station, starbucks, Rite Aid and food outlets. Communal outdoor area with balcony and sitting area. Mountain views.
Looking for: flat mate to join the remainder of lease (exp. Aug 1st, potential to sign another year). Looking for a professional who works away from home, keeps communal spaces clean and doesn't bring the party home. As I already have two cats, no additional pets please! Strict no smoking/ drugs policy.
August 1st move in but will consider earlier. You will need to fill out an application (small fee) and pass a credit check.
