We have a lovely room available for September 1st move in. This is a 2-12 months sublease with a possibility to extend. The apt is located a block away from the F train, and the A/C trains are only a short walk away. The area is filled with nice parks and nice restaurants for take out. You will be sharing the living space with two lovely ladies. I?m a former roommate who has lived in the apt for over 11 years. I moved out to live with my fianc?. The apt is a perfect space for working from home. There is a desk space located right outside the available room in the large living room. The current roommates are very tidy and are a pleasure to be around. Our interest is to find someone that's chill, clean and respectful. Rent is $1475 per month+ utilities and cleaning fees. We have a cleaner that comes in twice a month to clean the common areas. However, the cleaner hasn?t been in since the pandemic started. The room has 1 closet and 1 window. It's also a great size. The apartment has a nice size kitchen and 1 bathroom. There's also Laundry in the building.

Requirements include:
Minimum: 2 months sublet
First months rent upon moving in + security deposit (1 months rent) to secure the room.
