The room is 10'x11' and can fit a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, and small shelving unit. It also has a large closet with additional shelving for storage. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom remodeled unit with a beautifully upgraded kitchen that has a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher, as well as an upgraded bathroom. You would be renting the middle sized room. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The electric, gas, and cable/internet bills come to around $65 per person, per month. This is a pet-free apartment. Can come furnished with a matching bed, dresser, and night stand for a negotiable fee. First month's rent and $1100 security deposit to move in.

You: female working professional in her mid 20s to mid 30s who pays the rent on time and is clean, picks up after herself, sociable, and drama-free.

The roommates: one lawyer in her late 20s and a mid 30s entrepreneur who works in the fashion industry. Both roommates like to socialize over a glass of wine or while watching a movie or their favorite TV shows.

The area: near the Clinton/Washington C train (5 minute walk) or the Washington and Classon Ave G train (10 minute walk to either). Groceries, restaurants, dry cleaners, excellent shopping, Prospect Park, and the Barclays Center are all within walking distance.
