I have a terrific two-bedroom apartment in the West Village, in Manhattan/NYC. The apartment has recently been painted, and there's a new bed in the guest bedroom, and new wood floors in the living room and adjacent hallways. The guest bedroom is super quiet and overlooks a beautiful communal garden. You can sit out there, and even bbq. The apartment is sunny and clean, the living room faces south.

Must love dogs, I have a mini Dachshund and Yorkie. They are super sweet, quiet, well behaved ... both work in tv, film, print.

I'm looking for a roommate who uses the kitchen for lite/microwave cooking only. Clean, mature, and past their partying days. The living room is not shared other than the use of the dining area to eat your meals.

My apartment is in the best neighborhood in Manhattan. I'm in the West Village, on 11th St, and convenient to subways and PATH train. You'll be 1/2 a block from the beautiful Hudson River Park, which has tennis courts, kayaking, a trapeze school, Chelsea Piers sports center, and a bike/jogging path that runs from lower Manhattan all the way uptown.
