Looking for female professional roommate

Hi,
I am looking for a female professional roommate to sign a lease on a new apartment complex. The rent is approximately $2,400-$2,750 for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It comes with dishwasher, stove, w/d in unit and parking. No pets as I am allergic to them. Approximate move-in is November 1st. Good credit history is a must.

About Me:
I am a female professional. I don't smoke or do drugs. I have no pets. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, do yoga, watch Netflix and explore the area. I am very clean and I take off my shoes in the house to keep it clean. I'm hoping to find a roommate that is clean and respectful of our space.

The following is required for the application for lease:
-application fee (standard)
-proof of income - 1 month pay stub (roughly 2 to 3 times the rent)
-security deposit
