Private Bed and Bath (with 1 parking) in Brentwood

I am looking for someone to share the apartment (2 bedroom/2 bathroom/2 parking spots) I rented in Brentwood! I will be taking master bedroom which has private bathroom. Here are the details:

- Move in date on or after September 1 and apartment is located on 2nd floor.
- The rent for the room is $1400 per month!
- Private bathroom which next to the room!
- Front parking spot (I will be taking back parking spot)
- Washer and dryer are in the building (around $1 to wash and around $1 to dry)
- Utilities will be around $50-$75 per month (electricity and internet)
- Dishwasher
- Laminated wood floor throughout (tiles in kitchen and bathroom)
- No pets
- Apartment is located on Kiowa Ave. and is near Barrington Ave.
- Rent controlled apartment so annual rent increase is 3%.
- Long term stay (security deposit is one months rent, and rent is due on 1st of the month. So for moving in the total would be $2800, then $1400 due on October 1 and so on). I am looking for somebody to stay for a while, as nobody likes looking for roommates. I would require 30 days notice on the 1st of the month if one decides to move out.

Apartment is just few hundred feet away from San Vicente (where there is Whole Foods, Sugarfish, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Soul Cycle, YogaWorks, Orange Theory, Vicente Foods, Tavern, Coral Tree Caf?, San Vicente Farmer's Market, and so much more).

Now that you know the details, I can tell you a little bit more about myself.

About Myself:

I am a single male originally from India and I am in my mid-30's. I work at a startup where I develop artificial intelligence. I do not smoke or drink. I am a quiet person and I do not party much. I am very health conscious, I go to gym daily. I cook a lot (almost daily) so I would like to keep the kitchen clean. On most days I go to bed around 11 pm - midnight. On the weekends I volunteer at NKLA dog shelter and rest of the time I am either writing programs or watching Netflix/YouTube. I will occasionally have friends over (once in 3 or 4 months) for dinner or if they are visiting me from out of town.

Here is what I am looking for in a roommate:

- Non-Smoker
- Full time job
- Male or Female in their mid 20?s/mid 30?s
- Clean
- Quiet (not a partier)
- Respectful
- Responsible (pays rent on time, throws thrash on his/her turn)
- Friendly
- Easy going
- If you have a significant other then it is fine if they come over for 1 or 2 days per week but not more than that.
