ABOUT THE SPACE:
This building is a historic Chinatown spot that has been around in the neighborhood since 1910.
During the daytime, the neighborhood is extremely bubbly with lively people everywhere. But, during the nighttime it becomes extremely peaceful and silent. Fabulous & extremely safe area/ bordering neighborhoods.

Next to Soho, Little Italy, Financial District, Tribeca. 4-5 min walk to the { 4,5,6 } & { j, z } trains, 8-10 min walk to the { a, e } & { 1,2,3 } & { d, f } trains. Close to some of the best food spots in NY. The famous Chinatown Ice Cream Factory is across the street & The famous Wonton Noodle Garden restaurant is right next door. Pleasant walk to South Street Seaport & Manhattan's bordering waters. Pharmacy across the street, multiple laundry spots & major Banks within 3-6 min walking distance. Also down the street from Columbus Park which is a great spot to sit down and relax/ enjoy the locals playing live instrumental music during the day. 11 min walk to Elizabeth Street Garden (Sculpture park) open during the day to the Public. United States Postal Service 3 min away on Doyers Street.

The building itself & apartment unit are extremely clean. The Apartment Unit sits on the 2nd floor of a 6 floor walk-up. The hallways are beautifully painted bright colors that illuminate the entire inside of the building. Roof-top access with sensational view of Downtown + Upton Manhattan. The whole Apartment Unit is approximately 600 sq ft. It has very high ceilings that promote healthy air-flow & 'fung shui'. Hard-wood floors in both bedrooms. It is a 2 bedroom + 1 kitchen/living room area + 1 bathroom & shower unit. The room available for sublet is the larger room of the two. It has a big built in overhead storage compartment over the closet. 2 large windows that fill the room with plenty of sunlight during the day-time & overlook the street below. Lovely Fire Escape Access.

ABOUT THIS LISTER:
I am a young artist who graduated from The School of Visual Arts here in NYC. I am the co-leaseholder of this extremely cute 2 resident apartment unit. My roommate is also an artist and graduate from the same school. He is an extremely friendly, clean, respectful roommate & person. We love this apartment & hope for you to experience what it is like to live in a very desired part of downtown that is right off of NYC'S major Subway lines, making it extremely convenient to travel all over New York City / into Brooklyn.
