Bedroom (Yours)

I'm looking for someone to rent one of the two bedrooms in my apartment. ?About me: ?I work doing IT in the City, and have standard work hours. ?I'm laid-back, clean, and pretty quiet. ?I'm a 30-something guy, and I have a dog (an Alaskan Malamute!) who lives with me in the apartment. ?He is ridiculously chill.

This room is really large. ?You could easily fit a king-size bed in here, plus a desk and dresser/bookshelf. ?It's carpeted, and has a full-length closet that spans the entire back of the room.?

The entire place has really high-quality carpet, except for the kitchen (which has granite countertops), and that has a wood laminate floor, and the single bathroom, which is tiled. ?Electric stove/oven, plus a Breville Smart Oven Pro and a big Panasonic microwave. ? ?The bathroom is shared, and is fairly small, but has a shower/bathtub. ?Essentially, the entire apartment is already furnished with my stuff (I?ve been living here for over 5 years an am the Master Tenant). I have a large plant collection that?s in the common area space (a small room just with plants, and part of the living room area). I'm LGBTQ friendly, and my dog loves just about everyone.

You: ?I'd like to have a housemate who works similar shifts to me (9-6 M-F), if possible. ?It'd be best if you didn't work from home, as well. I prefer other quiet folks, and am not looking for a roommate who regularly has dinner parties etc. ?I need someone who's got a steady income and good credit. ?I'd also prefer a commitment of at least 6 months, preferably one year or more.
