$1150 Room in Foster City Apartment

This advertisement is in reference to a room in a condominium at 815 Sea Spray Lane in Foster City that is going for $1150 plus utilities/internet for a single renter. Deposit is $667 upon signing of lease. The condominium is 5 minutes from Highway 101 and 10 minutes from the Hillsdale CalTrain station. There is more than enough parking spots in the on-site parking lot. Close by is a Safeway, Costco, Target, and a variety of other shopping/restaurants complexes. The condominium complex features a pool and hot tub that is open about May to October. The condo has a washer and dryer in the unit.

The room in question is available August 1st on a year lease from August 1st 2018 to July 31st 2019 with an option to move in July depending on need. The room has a closet and bookshelf in the hallway and shares a bathroom/sink space with a couple living in the 3rd bedroom. There is also shared storage with the other roommates on site.

There are three current roommates and two cats (Pebbles and Prince!) who stay in the owners room when the owners are at work/out. The roommate in the master suite works as a counselor at a county jail. The couple in the third bedroom are a counselor at a short term detox and a pre-school teacher. We are looking for a roommate who is focused on their education and/or career who is kind, polite, flexible, and willing to discuss/collaborate on any issues that arise with the living situation. The kitchen/living room/dining room/balcony is a shared space. It is a generally quiet condo due to the roommate's work schedule.

The picture of the room currently has the former's roommates stuff in it. It is currently empty and I can send you a picture of it empty if you would like.
