I am looking for a new roommate to move into a 2 bed/1 bath newly renovated apartment ASAP.

I'm a 31 year old male who works for a tech company in SF. No smoking/drugs, but happy to join you at the bars. I like play kickball and other sports, and on weekends I try to go to concerts or A's games (or snowboard during the winter). My roommates and I have historically gotten along well so I expect we'll do the same.

Location:
- One block to downtown Walnut Creek, but on a quiet, tree-lined side street with no traffic noise
- Two blocks from Safeway, less than 10 minute bike ride to Whole Foods or Trader Joes
- 10-15 minute walk (less than a mile) to BART
- 5 minute drive to 680 or 24 onramps
- Next to a huge park with easy access to the Iron Horse Trail

Apartment:
- Includes Covered/Assigned Parking! (If you don't need it, subtract $50 from the rent!)
- Brand new dishwasher and IN UNIT WASHER/DRYER
- Dual-pane sliding windows (yours looks out through trees toward a park)
- Room to store your bike indoors!
- Pool and charcoal bbq areas
- Air conditioner/heater in living room
- Lots of closet space in your bedroom
- 800 sq feet
