Private bright bedroom in beautiful luxury apt

Hi there!

I am sadly leaving this beautiful apartment that I share with my friends at the end of April. The location of this apt cannot be better, it is 10 minutes away from Santa Monica, 10 minutes to Brentwood, and 15 minutes to Century City (which if you work in Century City, you are going opposite traffic, wooo). We are looking for a respectful, friendly FEMALE roommate in their mid 20s-early 30s to replace me.

The apartment:
It's a large 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath luxury fully-renovated apartment with an in-unit washer dryer. We have put a lot of time decorating it so it feels like a wonderful home to all of us. Huge kitchen and living room, which are all furnished. You will have your own bedroom AND half bathroom and then share the shower in the other bathroom with one of the roommates. The unit is on the third floor and the building is located on a quiet, peaceful street where you cannot hear any traffic noises.

The building:
There is a garage at bottom of the building with your reserved parking spot. NO tandem parking. Elevator in building. There is a small gym on the first floor that's open 24/7. Parking is $100 additional a month, so total rent + parking is $1,309 a month!

The roommates:
One is a 28 year old lawyer and other is a 27 year old digital news producer. We all have busy lives but like to hang out together once in a while in the evenings and keep the apartment clean and organized. Looking for someone similar.
