About the apartment: Gut-renovated and never lived in 3br 2ba in lower pac heights on bush street. Building has garden in back, coin-op laundry in garage. No parking. 4 unit building, 1 other unit on our floor - no one above or below. Two unfurnished bedrooms with shared bathroom available for temporary sublet.

About rooms: has large closet, would share a bathroom with one other tenant. Room fits queen size bed, night stands and dresser/desk. It is unfurnished. Has overhead lighting with dimmer. Massive windows (double-pane so no street noise) with views all the way to Twin Peaks!

About the rent: Two unfurnished rooms available for $1,900/month. Friend is moving here from NYC, we found this apartment and fell in love but she can't move here until August - so we need a temporary sublet from 5/1-8/1 (3 months). Rent is $1,800 a month and includes all utilities. The other room is available 5/1 and can be sublet until 8/1 with potential to stay longer.

About me: Female in early 30s. Work in architecture, normal hours (9-5), sometimes work from home, and a good amount of travel. I have long work days and then usually work out and catch up with friends out. When I'm home I typically like to cook, watch tv and relax. I'm clean, organized and respectful.

About you: late 20s - early 30s professional who is clean, thoughtful and easy going.
