Looking for female students to take over 3 rooms private room in a shared apartment of 5 students in Costa Mesa.
The apartment is located 10-15 minutes driving from UCI, 15 minutes walking to OCC (just because the campus is huge), very well connected to the bus system and everything else necessary.
It's a quiet community with all common amenities.
Ideal for international students coming to OCC/UCI.
I will leave behind the full bed I got brand new 5 months ago (including everything needed for it) - the price is negotiable.

The utilities are not involved with rent and will be separate around ($60-$100)
The Master Bedroom has a shower with bath is $1000 and can be split between 2 people and 2 closet spaces
and we also have the living room for rent at $550 with 1 closet space, A/C, and patio.

This is a little about me, my name is Stacey i am the only female in the house. i do smoke medical marijuana for my back pain but if it bothers you i totally understand. I am a student as well and i also have a small dog. Her name is Pashmi, shes 11 Pounds and SUPER friendly. she will attack you with love. i also do like to blast my music after i come back from school to just "LET GO" for a little. but if im very being loud just let me know. if you contact me i will show you around the apartment. In this house respect is key (you show respect and i will respect you as well). and for pets i am a Pre-Vet Major so animals are basically my life, i am allergic to cats so if you have a cat they have to be hypoallergenic, and for dogs theirs only 2 Max for these apartments. So theirs only room for 1 more dog.
