Lorimer L - 1 of 3 bedroom available

Hi,

We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our Williamsburg apartment for May 1. It's a 4-5 minute walk to the Lorimer L/Metropolitan G stop and a 8-10 minute walk to the Hewes JM. The location is very convenient with grocery and laundry options a couple blocks away and tons of bars and restaurants around the corner (Barcade, Union Pool, Yuji Ramen, Suzume, Gimme Coffee, Starbucks, etc.).

You would have two roommates, one male and one female (one of us is a bartender/freelance editor and the other is a programmer) looking for someone relaxed, clean, and responsible. Both of us are social people, but we don't bring the party home aside from the occasional glass of wine.

The room comfortably can hold a full/queen size bed and a desk or dresser. It has a window facing a quiet backyard. There is also a small closet directly outside the room. It is also possible for the room to be furnished, if necessary.

Rent is $1250 a month plus utilities, which run about $65-80 (gas, electricity, internet, cleaning lady). There is also a $1250 deposit required.

We would prefer long term tenants, but are open to short term subleases as well. Unfortunately, no cats or couples. Please let me know if you're interested!
