Bedroom (Yours)

I currently live in a small but great 2 bedroom apartment. We have no living room but the bedrooms are huge and it is renovated. My current roommate is moving and i would like a roommate to renew the lease.

Utilities not included: We have a central air unit in the apartment as well and you can control the heat and air conditioning. Other room is on the other side of the apartment. And we pay all bills, so i conserve energy as much as possible. If you like to sleep with the AC on, this is not the space for you. Being clean is a must, picking up after yourself and cleaning the whole apartment when needed. I do this too. Respectful is important and would prefer a professional.

Pictures are of the actual room unfurnished. You will need to furnish the space (your room). 2 laundromats across the street and one large one down the block. Peaceful neighborhood and I prefer a peaceful home to come to.
3 minutes walk from the J train
6 minutes walk from the C train.

No pets are allowed unfortunately. No cigarettes smokers. No couples. Males considered if he is clean.
