Hi there!

We are moving into a gorgeous home in the Mid-Wilshire / Miracle Mile area on Nov 15th, and looking for a 3rd roommate to share this beautiful home with.

The House:
Mediterranean Revival fully remodeled lower 3 bed 2 bath unit with huge shared backyard, brand new central AC, and loads of sunshine. Oversized living room with faux fireplace opens to large dining room. Remodeled kitchen with Carrera marble counters, subway tile backsplash, brand new range + dishwasher + fridge/freezer, breakfast area with bay window to yard. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer off kitchen opens to back door and yard. Your room will share a brand new bathroom with concrete tile and new shower head over tub. Central AC, hardwood floors, large windows throughout. Located on South Detroit & 8th on a beautiful tree-lined street.

The Roommates:
We are two female entrepreneurs in our early/mid-thirties. We are super social, on the go, and love to host -- but we also love making home a peaceful retreat away from the world. Allie is an author who's just moved back from the UK, and Chrissy splits her time between LA and Santa Barbara running her own business (she also has a little Maltese named Cocunut!).

You:
We are looking for another professional young woman to share this lovely home with. Someone who is caring, courteous, social, and equally on the go. We'd love to create a little community here! Looking to fill the room for up to 6 months, but can be flexible on length of stay.
