W75TH bedroom with private bath and patio
Our building is located on 75th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenue with great access to the 1, 2, 3, B and C subway lines, as well as multiple bus lines. The apartment is HUGE - a three bedroom, three bath ground floor unit in a townhouse building with a large patio that is private to our apartment. The room that will be available in mid-November faces the private patio and is very quiet. The room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, dresser, TV stand, a computer table, desk chair and has a large closet. The common areas of the apartment are well furnished. We keep the apartment very clean and have a maid visit us every 2 weeks.
The apartment is currently shared by three roommates, working professionals and one of the roommates is leaving.
All of us work regular business hours during the week but definitely enjoy the weekend.
The current lease is from September 2019 to end of August 2020. You will be sub-leasing to me.
Costs:
Rent - $1800/month
Deposit - $1800 (one time to the owner, refunded when vacating the place)
Maid - $110/every two weeks (split three way evenly).
Utilities (Gas, Electric and Wifi) - split three way evenly.
