We are one male and one female (not a couple) looking for a third roommate in our three-bedroom house beginning April 1st. The location is quite good, as it is very close to the train (N, W), and Astoria Park. The house is large by NYC standards and has two entrances, a front yard area complete with a little garden, as well as a side area perfect for grilling out.
We are looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet roommate.
