The apartment is furnished except your bedroom which you will be able to furnish as you please, or there are a few things that can be furnished if need be. You have complete access to the kitchen and dining & living rooms. Split Utilities: Gas, Electric and Internet. The rent is $1000.00 with an $1000.00 deposit. A 5 to10 minute drive to the Studios and 170, 134 and 101 Freeways. Also, a 5 minute walk to the Train Station Movies, the Arts Institute, Dance and Music Studios, Acting Theatre/Classes, Grocery Store, Gym and Restaurants. The ROOM is available now.
Lastly: We keep the Sabbath (Friday Eve to Saturday Eve) holy.
