Hi everyone :) I have two large rooms opening up in my 3/BR apartment starting October 1st. I am also open to a mid month move in- and possibly November 1st for the right person- so flexible with move in dates for the most part. The apartment is located two streets from Prospect Heights, at the very edge of Crown Heights North Historic District. We’re the top floor of a beautiful pre-war building with exposed brick and ultra high ceilings. Comes furnished, with all furniture shown including a QUEEN size bed and air-conditioning. The building is quiet and secure, we are located on the top floor. All utilities, cleaning supplies and even toilet paper is included in the price. Only a/c is extra during the summer months-but optional.

I have lived in this apartment for 7 years and the neighborhood is a gem! The apartment is a 4 min walk to the A/C subway station at Nostrand ave. You can be in Manhattan in as little as three subway stops It’s a 10 min walk to the 2 & 3 subway station. Nearest laundry is on the same street and is 1 min walking distance from the front of our building. There’s a grocery store- Wholesome Foods a 2 min walk away. We are also walking distance to Van Leween Ice cream parlor and tons of cute little shops and eateries.

When I'm home, I enjoy reading and tending to my collection of orchids and plants. Please message me with any questions! I prefer to do a virtual interview first and then an in person showing for anyone that is serious about moving in. No pets or couples (sorry!). Sublease period is thru July of 2024, with the option to stay longer.
