The building:
The Fusion is a modern mid-rise elevator building featuring a doorman, free washer and dryer on every floor, and a 4,500 SF roof terrace with Viking Grill and full kitchen. This building is a 2 minute walk away from major subway lines including E, M, R trains at Queens Plaza and 7, N, W trains at Queensboro Plaza allowing for a 10-15 minute commute into Manhattan or Astoria. The building is located near plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. My personal favorites are Partners Coffee and LIC Market.

The apartment:
This is a large 1,285 sq ft 3 bed/2 bath apartment. It has an open kitchen with commercial grade Viking and Subzero appliances including a dishwasher. The apartment features soaring 11-foot ceilings and Brazilian cherry floors.

The room:
A 111 sqft (11'7''x 9'7'') bedroom with lots of natural light. The room can fit a queen size bed with space for furniture. An in room closet provides ample storage space. The room will come unfurnished. The rent is $1800/month excluding shared household expenses (electricity, Verizon Fios, and a monthly apartment cleaning) which average around $100/month-$200/month. The apartment is available as of March 1st with first month's rent and security deposit required.

The roommates:
The first roommate has been in the apartment for over six years. He is a 32 y/o male, working in finance in Manhattan. He likes to travel, enjoys cooking and biking. The second roommate has been in the apartment for over one year. She is a 29 y/o female, working in basketball operations in the NYC area. She loves to travel, exercise and explore new restaurants/bars in LIC, Astoria and NYC.
