THE APARTMENT:
Share a beautiful three-bedroom loft apartment with an outdoor space. Lots of sunlight comes through from the windows. High ceilings make the space feel open. Dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen.

The 7 story building is new-ish and in a safe residential area. The apartment is on the top floor. Security cameras in the lobby, and there are two entry doors to get into the building that require keys. There is an elevator. Two laundry machines and dryers in the building basement level and a laundry mat within walking distance. Beautiful park within walking distance that has a nice trail, track and field about a mile away.

TRANSPORTATION:
10-minute walk to the subway (E, F, N, R), and very close to the LIRR, a quick ride to/from Penn Station. Also, very close to JFK and LGA airports with an express bus nearby. Nice local bookstore and cafe within walking distance.

ROOMMATES:
Two hard working professional female adults live in the apartment, both are heterosexual, one travels for work often. You will share the large bathroom with one person who travels regularly. They keep the apartment clean (no dishes in the sink).

YOU:
Looking for one person (no couples) in their late 20s or 30s, mature, drama-free, clean, preferably goal orientated, a full-time professional and/or student. You should be a nice person, friendly, responsible, and easy-going.
