Our fully furnished modern Townhouse in North Bethesda is comfortable, sunny and decorated with modern fixtures and furniture. There are 3 living spaces that are very spacious clean and have all new fixtures. The master bedroom in the townhouse is currently available.. It rents for $1600, which does not include utilities that generally run around $100 a month. There is also a monthly cleaning fee split between the tenants that It is $50 a month. A cleaning lady comes once a month. The master bedroom that will be available August. 1 2024, is a very spacious room with a walk-in closet and private double sinked marble bathroom. Washer dryer right down the hall.

FULL DESCRIPTION OF ALL FEES:
1. A security deposit of one months rent $1600 and first months rent will be collected upon signing a lease.
2. The master bedroom rental gets first refusal on garage parking in a garage attached to the Townhouse, which is an extra $100 fee. Or there is free street parking within the Townhouse development that we will issue you a parking pass for.
3. If your interested in viewing contact me thru this app and I will send you an application that you can fill out. The application conducts a background and credit check and I will then set up an appointment.
4. Before signing a lease we also require two references that can either be work reference or past landlords.

PARKING:
As stated above -- $100 additional for garage parking attached to townhouse.

In addition to being fully furnished bed linens and towels are provided. There is also a fully stocked kitchen and large televisions in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen area. It is a very sunny townhouse.

DESCRIPTION OF TENANTS CURRENTLY LIVING THERE:

1. There is an NIH Vaccine Researcher who just rented the room down the hall from the big master bedroom that is still available. All rooms have private baths.
2. My son who trains elite athletes at a gym in Virginia and his girlfriend who works in HR at a nearby insurance company and also works part time as a coach at Marymount University coaching the girl’s wrestling team occupies the fourth-floor suite that has its own living room, bedroom, private bath, and terrace.

LAYOUT:
The town house has a ground floor and three other floors connected by stairs: ground floor includes garage, a small office with full bath, above ground floor on 2nd floor is kitchen and living room both part of the common area. The common area there is a large with lots of light streaming in from big windows. The bright living room & kitchen area has modern fixtures and furniture along with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. Everything in the Townhouse is furnished with high-end modern furniture and accessories, towels, sheets etc. The 3rd floor, where this bedroom is located also houses the master bedroom and each bedroom has its' own private bath and the bedrooms are separated by a long hallway that houses a washer/dryer unit. On the 4th floor is a bedroom with full bath and its own living room with an adjacent roof deck.

SURROUNDING AREA:
The townhouse is in a development that was designed to be a walkable community to the many stores and restaurants in the area. The Montgomery Mall is steps away from the development, The Wildwood Shopping Center is right up the street and the Pike and Rose shopping area is a five minute car ride. These are million dollar and up townhouses, solidly built with nice features. The Townhouse is also near several major hospitals and buses pick up in back of it that go to NIH and Walter Reed Hospital.
