We have a private bedroom available for $1100 per month, inclusive of utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet.

We are seeking a clean and respectful roommate, preferably a working professional.

The residence is a 4-bedroom house near the 110 freeway, just 10 minutes from Downtown LA and Pasadena. It is currently shared with 2 males and 1 female.

The available room measures 10 feet by 13 feet.

Street parking is readily available.

Amenities include a shared bathroom with a shower (shared with one person) and an exclusive 1/2 bathroom downstairs. You will also have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and a small gym area.
