My one bedroom apartment is located on 83rd St and 2nd Avenue, just a minute walk from the Q subway station, and about 10 minutes from 4, 5, and 6 trains.
The apartment is on the 5th and last floor of a walkup building (no elevator). It has plenty of natural light in the living room. It's quiet.
The apartment is fully furnished and is kept very clean. The kitchen is spacious.
You will be responsible for internet ($79.99) and gas/electric (around 100$ usually). Gas and heat are included in the rent.
The neighborhood is walkable and safe. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the area.
There is no dishwasher, and no washer/dryer in the apartment nor in the building, but there is a laundromat nearby.
The sublet is available between May 15th, 2024 and August 15th, 2024, but I have some flexibility.
