This is an Upper East side apartment (95th st), 4th floor walkup, close walk to lots of grocery stores, gyms, Central Park, and Carl Schurz park. Right near the Q which makes it very easy to get downtown.
The room can fit a full bed and small desk, has 2 closets and a window, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of space to cook.
I’m 26, I love to cook during the week and go out on the weekends - I work from home full time which means I spend a lot of time in the apartment so I’d love for someone to move in who I can be friends with.
