Hi! Looking for a roommate to fill an open spot in 4 bedroom in the Avalon Cove apartment complex.
The apartment is 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms on each. We have a large living space with high ceilings, washer/dryer, a loft and balcony. Apartment overlooks a beautiful courtyard, pool and the NYC skyline. 5 minute walk to Newport PATH station. The open room is has 2 large closets and a shared bathroom.
One of our roommates is moving into the city. We are 3 young professionals, working partially from home and in the city. We get along great and like to spend time together. We are clean, respectful and fun roommates looking for the same.
