Private Room on 2nd Story of Historic Home

Back Door (feat. Luna)

Looking for a roomie to occupy the spare room in the second level of my historic home. I reside on the third floor, so you’d have the whole second level to yourself basically. I have 4 cats but they’re all friendly. The second level has two rooms and a bathroom and I’ve got my own bathroom on my level. Kitchen and living room on the main level. There is a backlot for parking for our home. This is a townhouse connected to other units but it’s usually very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are great and look out for one another. Relatively low crime rate in the area but it is still Detroit!
Unfortunately there is no washer and dryer set up here due to possible flooding the basement, but there’s a super clean laundromat at the end of my street.

I work 8am-5pm and come home for my lunches most days, but i live a pretty quiet lifestyle otherwise. I'm very tidy and youd have no idea i even own cats, as they're outdoors most of the day and would rather use the outdoors as opposed to litter boxes.
