Furnished master bedroom has a private sliding glass door leading to the shared, unfenced slate-stone patio gardens, large 3/4 bathroom, powder room with sink, 2 linen closets, large walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, zero-gravity massage recliner, free wifi, free cable including HULU and HBOMax, dresser, nightstand, bookcases, and mini-refrigerator.

The shared household amenities include a kitchen with breakfast nook seating, hidden laundry area, cathedral-ceiling living room, dining area, backyard gardens with firepit, swing-sliders, and chaise lounges beneath magnificent oak tree canopies, front deck with seating, and ramp leading to front door from free parking spaces.

The shared townhouse community amenities include a pool with tables and seating, tennis and basketball courts, dog-run, & fenced kiddie playground.

As a resident owner, I am interested in sharing my home with a kind, considerate, financially responsible, no-drama, progressive individual who enjoys living in a warm, friendly, and creative environment, and who will contribute to keeping this beautiful home clean when using shared areas. Smoking outdoors is ok. Remote work is ok. FOX channel is not allowed in home.
