Hi, everyone. Good evening. I hope you are all enjoying the fantastic weather we have been having. My name is Daniel. I am thirty years old, looking to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I have a full-time job in Human Resources, and I work from home, occasionally going into the office. I do not smoke or drink, and have no pets. I am looking for a place to rent for my future wife and I.

I am recently engaged, and my fiancé and I are planning on getting married in May 2023. My fiancé is twenty years old, and we know each other from church. I am the only full-time worker.

We do not live together, she lives in New Jersey at the moment. We are waiting to come together only until after we marry.

To get a head-start, I would be renting out the unit by myself for two to three months before we marry to get settled in. The rental would only have me occupying it in the beginning since we would not be married until the end of May.
