Seeking March 1st Month-to Month

Hello,

Looking for a month-to-month room share preferably with all utilities or most included, starting March 1st. Currently living in Newark NJ but the owner is selling the property by this Spring. I work M-F 9a-530p as a full time Office Manager on Madison Avenue for a high-end jewelry company. I have one 4-year-old cat, friendly, fat and funny (think Garfield). I am Latina (Colombian), native New Yorker originally from Jamaica Queens, no kids, no drama, 4-2-0 friendly, your sexual orientation doesn't matter to me, your private life is your business and I don’t judge. In terms of my education, I have an MA from NYU and majored in Psychology, in case you ever need to vent or someone to talk to. I like to cook, clean, and watch a lot of TV/movies especially in the winter. When the weather gets warmer, I like to go out and stay active. Other than that, I am an open book, honest, Capricorn, understand boundaries with a strong common sense. Feel free to ask me anything. Have a long-term plan for a new apartment before the end of the year so month to month is great for me at this time.
