Looking for Space in Bay Ridge
This is my second tour of Bay Ridge. First was in the 2000s on 90th Street near 3rd and it was a very happy experience. (I'm @ 74th & Ridge at the moment, but the family I've been subletting from is moving back from Florida.)
I'm a middle-aged Caucasian male who works for WNET-13, the PBS station (part-remote, part-in office). I'm a rather laid back, quiet sort who's easy to get along with. Very literate (I'm a writer/editor.) Clean, cooks only a little, and who will rarely have anyone over. (My 17-year-old daughter just started college at Cornell, hence the limited rent budget.)
