I am a 27 year old QPOC and work full time. I’m looking for a room/apartment share. I’d be more comfortable sharing my space with the same gender; preferably with someone who works full time as well.
I enjoy a peaceful clean space; I. E. we both clean up after ourselves and we each take turns cleaning the common areas on a *weekly* basis.
I work very late nights at times so would prefer my space to be quiet. Im fine with a guest or partner visiting once in a while, but not it being an every night occurrence.
