The room will be unfurnished for your move-in. ⁠The bedroom has a bathroom that is exclusively for your use; however, it is shared when I have an overnight guest, which is extremely rare. I seem to average about 3-5 days a year with overnight guests! You can schedule a virtual tour via WhatsApp. In-person visits require 2 days' notice. Finally, you may be subject to a credit and/or background check, as well as a review of your references. And yes, additional photos are available, just ask!
