Non drinking, non smoking, or drug using household

We are looking potentially for several dorm style roommates for our large unusually configured 2 bed-roomish place in University Heights / North Park. it is an experiment for us. ( to have roommates in this room which has the only bathroom off it. So month to month to start is probably better for now. if you need a place short term shoot us over a message. As the title says no Smoking, Alcohol or Drugs of any kind. We welcome friends of Bill W. We have the only private bedroom. it does not have a bath attached that is shared. and is off the large sleeping space we are looking to rent. We might consider (1) fully housebroken dog we have a doggy door to the outside patio which could have a grass patch thats replaced weekly put there. It can be fenced in to keep Fido from going to far.. We are in a three story garden style apartment complex on the top floor with a semi private balcony that could be nice for a dog or cat to go out on sometimes. You must be communal in your living style or this will not work. The kitchen is shared like the bathroom. You Must be squeaky clean. messes left for us will not be tolerated.
