Central Spacious Luxury Rental

I own a 3 story luxury townhome that is very clean and well cared for in the most central part of san diego. Walking distance to Fashion hills mall and 163 freeway 1 minute from my place. The area is very safe and quiet yet located so conveniently to everything. The bottom floor is my garage. My room is on the next floor up. You would be on top floor with a bathroom on that floor. Currently no one else lives on the top floor. You have access to backyard , Courtyard with outdoor fireplace, Kitchen and dining room. The living room is for my use. On your floor is a loft that you could use as your own living room. This place is huge 2150/sq ft. So if you like space and quiet this a great unit. I usually go to bed about 11pm and start my morning at 6:30 or 7. Those would be the quiet hours. There is a very nice pool and hot tub walking distance. Also Tennis courts and basketball. I'm a very active person. I Play beach vball 3x per week and pball 3x week. So im gone quite a bit when i'm doing sports. I'm outgoing and pretty social but mostly do it away from my home. I'll keep this short and stop there. Looking for a clean, quiet , chill rooomate that wants to live in an amazing home.
