Fully furnished bedroom (Otay Ranch/Eastlake)
Room available for imitated move in. The bedroom is a spacious 10x10 bedroom with an attached double sink bathroom. The room comes with a queen size bed that has extra storage drawers on the bottom. A small desk that fits a laptop or small computer. TV with AppleTV.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, a spacious open kitchen floor plan.
So far it probably sounded all good, but I am a musician and I am working from home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The majority of my lessons are drum lessons. Wednesdays I am teaching piano that is probably not as noisy as drums. My hours of operation on these days are from 2:30 till 8:00. We looking for a single person and would prefer someone 30 or up non smoker with a tidy and clean personality. Our patio has a big BBQ island and outside seating once weather warms up again it is the perfect spot wind down and enjoy the evening.
We do not allow any pets in our home as I am highly allergic to most animals.
