typical day is work early, home by mid evening, make dinner, do dishes and watch TV till about 10 or 11pm and then sleep & repeat.

one other roommate work overnight so the noise level should be kept at a reasonable volume at all times, though the room available is on a separate floor and on opposite side of the house.

the food in the house is primarily shared for the most part, if there's something you want put a note on it.

our diet is very health focused, you will often find the majority of our food is fruit and vegetables and fish, (except when I feel like meat binging with some friends)

once a week cleaning company helps keep chores to a minimum in common space areas.

singular shared bathroom, hasn't been an issue with 4 people because of our different schedules, but common house rule is if your in the bathroom for any other reason than using the bathroom, you must forfeit immediately to someone who needs to use the bathroom for its soul purpose.

house is equip with washer and dryer, central air, hot tub, large smoker, grill, Foosball table, microwave, 2 refrigerators, probably some other stuff I'm forgetting... obviously high speed internet, etc,.
