$160 per week includes all utilities, internet / wifi.
House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The room is located in the idyllic village of Beacon Falls, Connecticut and is an easy 25 minutes commute to New Haven or Bridgeport.
Looking for person desiring a beautiful furnished room who may want to stay for several months or longer.
Minimum stay is two months.
Please be advised that the security deposit is four weeks ($640) plus one week's rent ($160) to move in. $800 total.
Rent can be paid weekly after that.
Two weeks notice must be given in order to move out.
